Our sharpening shop has been a reference point for the city and its surroundings for over 97 years.
Founded by the Morocutti family, the shop was born out of a passion for the art of sharpening and caring for kitchen tools, becoming a pillar of the local community. From the very beginning, we have maintained a constant commitment to providing the highest quality service, passed down with pride from generation to generation.
Today, as then, our goal remains to offer an authentic artisanal experience, where precision and dedication come together to ensure excellent results.
We specialize in sharpening knives, scissors, and kitchen tools, using traditional techniques that combine masterful craftsmanship with modern tools. Every item that passes through our hands is treated with care, with the intent of prolonging its life and enhancing its effectiveness.

The founder's son, Paolo inherited the same passion for craftsmanship that has characterized the shop since its origins. With over 30 years of experience in the field, he is the face that greets every customer with expertise and courtesy, proudly carrying on the family tradition.
HEIDI
Paolo’s wife, Heidi is the operational heart of the shop. With her dedication and precision, she takes care of every detail, from customer relations to managing daily operations, helping to create a warm and welcoming environment.

Paolo and Adelheid’s son, Ivan represents the new generation of the shop. With the same passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail that characterizes the family, Ivan is learning the secrets of the trade, blending tradition and innovation to look toward the future.
